The Lincoln 1400 Series Impinger® I single belt conveyor oven uses advanced air impingement technology to surround your food with small jets of hot air, so your food bakes faster, crisper, and more consistent than traditional ovens. This oven has a temperature range of 260 to 600 degrees F and adjustable speed control ranging from 1 to 30 minutes, which is controlled by a microprocessor to accuracy and consistency. The digital display on this oven gives information and control over temperature settings, conveyor belt speed, indicator lights, and diagnostic messages for maintenance and troubleshooting.
