Cook pan after pan of your signature entrees, side dishes, and appetizers with this Vulcan EV24S-2HT2403 Endurance series 24″ electric range with 2 hot top sections and an oven base! Thanks to the two individually-controlled hot top plates, your chef can simmer, sear, or boil in multiple pans full of product at the same time without being constrained by the number or size of burners. Each smooth, 5 kW heating area is made of durable cast iron to help retain heat, while also making it much easier to clean than traditional ranges with coil-style burners. Infinite heat controls provide the operator with precise temperature control to accommodate the various cooking temperatures of different foods.
This unit also features an oversized standard oven base for your low volume baking and warming needs. The oven has a 5 kW output with an adjustable temperature range of 200-500 degrees Fahrenheit and cool touch control knobs that allow your employees to operate the unit more safely and precisely. Inside, this oven has top browning control and a single oven rack with three position options. Full size sheet pans will fit in this oven in a front to back position, as will full size food pans.
A fully welded, aluminum steel frame with stainless steel front, sides, back riser, and legs provide outstanding durability in your busy, commercial establishment. And, with a compact 24″ width and 6″ adjustable legs, you’ll have no trouble finding the perfect spot for this unit among the rest of your kitchen equipment. A 240V, 3 phase electrical connection is required; unit is field convertible to 1 phase.
